Frequently asked questions

Who should file using this service?
Salaried employees with total income below ₹50 lakh from salary, house property, and other sources (interest, etc.). Typically applicable for ITR-1 or ITR-2 filers.
What is Form 16 and is it mandatory?
Form 16 is the TDS certificate issued by your employer. It contains your salary details and the tax deducted at source. While not legally mandatory to attach, it is the primary document your CA needs to file accurately.
What if I have more than one Form 16?
If you changed jobs during the year, you will have multiple Form 16s. Our CA will consolidate them correctly and file a single return with the combined income.
What is the due date for filing my ITR?
For individuals without audit requirements, the due date for FY 2025-26 is 31st July 2026. Filing after this date is possible (belated return) until 31st December 2026 but attracts a late-filing fee.
Can I file a revised return after submission?
Yes. If you discover any error or omission after filing, you can file a revised return before 31st December 2026. Let your CA know and they will handle the revision.
What happens if I don't file my ITR?
Non-filing can result in a penalty of up to ₹5,000, interest on unpaid taxes under sections 234A/234B/234C, and loss of refunds. It can also trigger notices from the Income Tax Department.
Will my data remain private?
Yes. Your documents are stored in an encrypted private storage vault. Only the CA assigned to your case can access your files. We never share data with third parties.
